Project
IVY Residence
Residential building
The building
IVY Residence is one of our most modern projects, where the aim was as much natural light as possible, good insulation and minimal design.
What we did
We installed the Elvial W77 windows with a concealed sash and the Raffstore blinds with Somfy motors and Beck & Heun insulated boxes.
The semi-structural facade is Aluminco CW35, with a profile only 3.5 cm wide in view. The Guardian glass is 360 cm high with no horizontal profiles, up to 201 × 360 cm per unit.
The openings in the facade have D77 Exclusive aluminium doors.
