Hotel

The building

Hotel Marriott is a 24-storey building and one of our most advanced projects, with high demands on safety and on precision in construction.

What we did

The most demanding job was the glass lantern that covers the top of floors 22 and 24: around 1,800 m² of glass at a height of about 100 m, with a prefabricated steel structure, the Aluminco EW50 profile and glass made to order by Guardian.

The pivot entrance door at reception measures 200 × 440 cm and is clad in a Laminam ceramic slab. Beside it we built a semi-structural facade with fire-rated glass.

In the core of the building, on all 24 floors, we installed Novoferm fire doors rated up to 120 minutes.
