The building

The Hill is one of the most distinctive projects we have completed, with contemporary design and premium materials.

What we did

The ventilated facade is Aluminco XPAND, over 12 cm of stone-wool insulation, and the window reveals are finished in aluminium in the same colour as the facade.

The Aluminco EW50 semi-structural facade has Guardian glass up to 6 m high and up to 550 kg per unit, carried by a steel structure built beforehand.

At the entrance we installed the revolving door and two Elvial D77 Exclusive side doors with emergency opening. We also fitted the Novoferm fire doors and the HPL bathroom partitions.
